DUE - Safety Briefing

1. Log into eServices

2. Click on Menu  >>  Safety  >>  Safety Information System (CAPSIS)

3. Click on CAPSIS dropdown menu:

4. Select "Log Safety Education", then you should be able to see the Log Safety Education page looks just like the old SIRS.

5. Select Safety Education format

6. Enter Subject/Title

7. Enter Date Completed

8. Choose Unit Conducting Training

9. Enter CAPIDS in attendance or select from list below

10. Click "Add to List" button at the bottom

11. Verify the selected members have been added to the "Safety Briefing Submission List"

12. Click the "Submit" button at the very bottom.
