Commanders Message
As the new Group Commander, I am honored to share my vision, focus, and direction for Inland Empire Group 3. I am deeply committed to this role and will dedicate my utmost effort to uphold our traditions, embody Civil Air Patrol’s highest standards, and advance its core values.
Commander’s Intent
Mission:
To strengthen Inland Empire Group 3 across all three of Civil Air Patrol’s primary missions:
- Aerospace Education
- Cadet Programs
- Emergency Services
Our goal is to establish the Group as a recognized leader within the California Wing.
End-State:
- A Group that is active and excelling in all CAP missions.
- Highly respected within the California Wing.
- A strong and engaged membership of both senior members and cadets, with a high retention rate.
- Fully capable of supporting Emergency Services missions with well-trained, qualified, and proficient members.
- Deeply involved in community service, promoting Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and other CAP initiatives in our surrounding communities.
Together, I am confident that we will achieve these goals and set a lasting example of excellence.
